Stephen Montgomery, Director, IT Support, Bright Horizons
Stephen Montgomery has built a 26-year career at Bright Horizons, starting as a Service Desk Representative and rising through the ranks to become Director of Global Service Desk. For the past decade, Stephen has led the organization’s IT Service Management (ITSM) strategy, overseeing platforms such as Footprints, Cherwell, and currently HaloITSM. In his current role as Director of IT Services, he manages a comprehensive enterprise service management ecosystem that supports departments including HR, Payroll, Marketing, Legal, Education, and others. His focus is on streamlining service delivery, improving operational efficiency, and enabling cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.
