Jason Eggers, ITSM Developer, Bright Horizons
Jason has worked in the IT industry since 1993, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) beginning in 2014. Over the years, he’s led and supported multiple Cherwell implementations across various organizations, handling everything from configuration to custom development. Currently serving Bright Horizons as the Senior ITSM Developer, his primary responsibility is to ensure Halo ITSM is effectively configured and optimized to meet the company’s needs. This includes designing workflows, integrating systems, and continuously improving the platform to support their service delivery goals.
