How well do you know your audience? No, like, really: Do you know who your customers are? Sometimes we can fall victim to forgetting who exactly we’re serving (Hint: It’s NOT you.)
It’s imperative to know your audience to build effective relationships and provide meaningful services. This session will explore the importance of creating personas to truly understand who your customers, users, and stakeholders are (and the differences between the three). Attendees will learn how to understand generational differences with a focus on customer and user experience to communicate with and deliver value to customers. Discovering what is valuable to your audience will result in providing better service offerings and support for your entire organization.
