Beth R. Woods, Director of Research and Computational Data Management, University of Georgia
Beth R. Woods currently serves as the Director of Research and Computational Data Management at the University of Georgia, where she is building out research data management and scholarly communications services and support as part of a campus-wide effort. Previously, Beth led a large team for eight years as the Executive Director and chief information officer for the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, the oldest and largest college at the University of Georgia. Beth specializes in IT leadership development and establishing collaborative, client-focused technology services in the higher education space. She has served as a campus technology leader since joining the university in 2008.
