Angee Phong, Director of IT Service Operations, Fanatics Betting & Gaming
With over 25 years of experience, Angee Phong is an accomplished leader in transforming global service and support teams. She currently serves as the Director of IT Service Operations at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG). Angee provides the vision and strategic direction to the Operations team and leads the Sportsbook Incident Management program. Prior to FBG, Angee transformed teams at SS&C Technologies, The Walt Disney Company, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. She is extremely passionate about educating, empowering and inspiring not only her team at FBG but also IT professionals across the industry. Coaching her teams through their professional journey and seeing them achieve their highest successes is one of her most fulfilling experiences as a leader!! #WeRiseTogether
Angee truly enjoys developing high performing teams and driving operational excellence. She has been a member of HDI for over 15 years and currently serves on the HDI Conference Advisory Board. Angee has also served on the HDI Strategic Advisory Board and HDI Desktop Advisory Board. Her teams have been the recipient of the 2024/2023 HDI Pinnacle of Excellence Award and 2022/2021 HDI Team Award. Angee holds a B.S. in Movement Studies Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University, is a certified Advanced PADI diver and World Paddle Association paddleboard instructor. In her free time she enjoys shelling along Florida’s beautiful beaches and scuba diving for megalodon shark teeth and other fossils.
