Teresa Pelley, Service Desk Lead, PSCU
Teresa Pelley is an IT Leader with more than 20 years of experience in the IT Support field. She is a long-time member of HDI, and currently holds the office of VP of Communications for the recently rebooted HDI Skyway Chapter. She is passionate about customer support and strives for her team to provide world class service through continuous improvement and training. In 2020, Teresa relocated from Nebraska to St. Petersburg, FL. She is now a Level II Service Desk Lead at PSCU, a premier financial services organization. PSCU has received the HDI Pinnacle of Excellence award in 2021, 2022 and 2023 and 2024.
