| Duffy Miller is the Voice of Customer Program Manager at Wesco Distribution. His role focuses on studying customer behavior both online and off, as well as seeing to it that customer needs are met across the company. This includes leading a small team as well as collaborating across teams to achieve the best experience possible for the customer. Duffy lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife Fabiana, who is a local business owner, and their two dogs. |
