Joseph Kieltyka is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years’ experience in various areas of Information Technology. With expert-level certifications in ITIL® v3 and v4, a PMP certification, and certification by HDI as an Internal Trainer in Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS®) v6, Joseph has been a passionate leader and practitioner of IT Service Management, Service Desk and Knowledge Management, and continuous improvement. Currently the Knowledge Management Practice Lead and Service Manager for Service Desk Technology Development at Sandia National Laboratories, Joseph leads the enterprise’s KCS effort. A highlight of Joseph’s experience has been forming collaborative and inclusive project teams that produce innovative results and translate to high levels of customer service while developing the capabilities and leadership skills of team members.
