As a practiced trainer, I excel at refining people’s knowledge, skills, and abilities for success. I have studied and practiced technology support for more than 8 years specializing in IT Service Management delivery with 7 years of IT Project Management experience. My goal is to continue to successfully explore the world of IT delivery by consistently challenging myself to tackle this field's ever-expanding scope while serving those I lead by ceaselessly growing their potential.
