Valence Howden is a Principal Advisory Directory at Infotech Research Group, with over 30 years of experience in IT. He has a primary focus in the areas of service management, enterprise and IT governance, Organizational Design and Operating/Delivery Models, Strategy Development and Execution, Risk Management, Metrics, and Process Design.
