Michael Hanson is a seasoned IT professional with over 30 years of experience in various service and support roles. With more than 20 years in senior leadership positions, he has successfully led globally distributed teams and prioritized process improvement and team building. Michael holds a BS in Business and Technology Management and is certified in HDI SCM, SCD, and Six Sigma methodologies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Service Desk Operations at PSCU, a prominent financial services company, Michael has actively contributed to HDI as a board member, speaker, SupportWorld contributor, and local chapter officer for over a decade.
