Joseph Fugere, IT Service Center Director, University of Alaska
Joe Fugere is currently the IT Service Center Director at the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA), where he is responsible for ensuring his Service Desk and Field Services teams deliver outstanding performance, as well as "Raving Fan" customer experiences. Joe has been studying Experience Management for the past 4 years and is certified in Experience Collab's "Experience Foundations". Prior to joining the university 7 years ago, Joe spent 30+ years leading major IT Projects as a Certified Project Manager in both consultant and customer roles.
