A nationally recognized leader in the support industry with over 25 years of experience in IT service delivery, Marie has served as an HDI LCO, HDI National Officer (District President), and EDUCAUSE ITSM CG Steering Committee member. She is a regular conference speaker and co-authored the popular EDUCAUSE second edition of “The Higher Education IT Service Catalog” paper and has served as advisor to several ITSM product development teams. Marie holds a BA in Mathematics and professional certifications in: Project Management, ITIL, HDI and CCL. She is the recipient of the HDI Manager of the Year award, Cherwell Best Portal Design award, HDI Best Use of Technology award, and three MHC Trailblazer awards.
