Dean has been involved with Service Management for just over 20 years. Starting his career with AT&T, Dean worked at all levels of IT Support and Service delivery before joining HP in 2005 as a Service Management consultant helping design and implement solutions to fit customer’s needs for 10 years. After 3 years in presales, and joining Micro Focus, Dean moved into a Customer Success role to help customers and partners working with Micro Focus solutions. In 2018 Dean became a member of the Micro Focus SMAX product management team.
