He is currently the ITSM Process Manager for Texas A&M University's Division of Information Technology, where he serves as change manager, asset manager, and configuration manager, among other duties. He also has considerable experience in ITSM generally, ITIL, business relationship management, business analysis, project management, process improvement, ServiceNow, customer service, problem-solving, and system administration.
