Heather Caudill is an experienced executive with a love of people and technology. She has created a career for herself out of her innate passion for delivering an exceptional experience to customers and teammates. That passion has manifested itself in many roles throughout the years, focusing on the growth and development of the teammates she has served. From dancing on an NBA dance team to working as a flight attendant and spending 20 years growing a 10-person software startup to an IPO, Heather's strength is adaptability. Coupled with her teammate advocacy, Heather's exemplary relationship skills have made her an approachable and well-respected leader. Heather is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at Procurement Partners, LLC, where she leads the post-sale customer journey, including implementation, support, and customer success.
