Anthony Bateson, Service Delivery Supervisor, Jeffco Public Schools
Anthony Bateson serves as the Service Delivery Supervisor for Jeffco Public Schools, overseeing a diverse community of over 14,000 staff, 70,000 students, and 150,000 parents and guardians across the front range and into the mountains west of Denver. A proud graduate of Jeffco Public Schools, Anthony brings 16 years of dedicated service to the district. Leading a dedicated team, he spearheads initiatives focused on streamlining district services, enhancing processes, increasing automation, and providing training and support for Freshservice, the district's chosen Enterprise Service Management solution. Anthony is distinguished by his expertise, holding several HDI Service Management certifications, ITIL 4 Foundation certification, and recognized as a Freshservice Product Expert.
