Nicholas Pollock, Service Desk Manager, Tampa International Airport
I am currently the Service Desk Manager at Tampa International Airport (TPA) Over the past five years, I've had the privilege of demonstrating my leadership abilities in various capacities, including Change Manager, Knowledge Manager, Common Use Manager, Service Now Product Owner, ITSM Committee Chair, and Asset Manager. I am also currently the Vice President of Finance for the HDI Skyway Local Chapter. This role allows me to leverage my skills to help contribute to the chapter's success. Beyond my professional life, I have a passion for outdoor adventures, particularly mountain biking in the trails of Central Florida, embarking on memorable road trips with my family to explore new states and cultures or indulging in culinary adventures to experience new foods together.
