Mike is a seasoned IT Service Management consultant with over 30 years of experience working with organizations from around the world, in all verticals of the market and at all levels within the organization. Mike has previously assisted in building the IT operations and support center for Compaq Computer as well as a consultant with BMC Software in their IT Service Management Suite of technologies for monitoring and management of Enterprise networks, applications and infrastructure components. Mike is also ITIL V2 Service Manager, ITIL V3 Expert and ITIL4 Professional. Mike was also involved the Co-Authoring of the ITIL4 Direct, Plan & Improve publication.
