The market for Enterprise Software has now almost entirely shifted towards cloud-native applications. From security and compliance, to ease of deployment and architecture standardisation; some obvious benefits of the cloud revolution have allowed IT departments to run more efficiently. On the other hand, the SaaS model also lends itself to more complex licencing structures, which lead to a lack of cost predictability and long-term control. For software vendors, this has become an opportunity to introduce the so-called "land-and-expand" model, tied with a continuous drive to "productise” and "commoditise" their feature-set. During this keynote, the speaker will seek to present HaloITSM's unique approach towards pricing as a more user-friendly alternative – the Land and Deliver model.
