Goldie Mitchell is the Service/Project Manager for the IT Walk up, Service Desk, and Deskside Computer Support with the Enterprise End User Organization at Sandia National Laboratories. During her career, she has worked as Service Manager, Knowledge Management Process Manager, Incident Process Manager, ITSM Trainer, Data Driven Optimization Architect. Goldie is passionate about data, ITSM, process, and above all else customer service.
