Anthony Orr, Service Now Innovation & Strategy Advisor, CDW
For more than forty years, Anthony Orr has worked in various IT strategy, managerial, consulting, executive advisory, marketing, and technical positions helping organizations and people in over 50 countries achieve their service management goals. He currently works at CDW as Service Now Innovation and Strategy Advisor. He has also worked as an IT and ITSM industry investment advisor for corporations, investment firms, and nonprofits. He is the VP of Special Events for Houston HDI. He was selected as one of HDI 25 top thought leaders and has contributed many hours in support of ITSM over the years and continues to do so. He has spoken at universities, other educational institutions and various other events around the world on Service Management topics. Anthony is an IT Thought leader, ITILv2 examiner, an author of the ITIL v3 2011 publications and the ITIL MALC exam book, as well as a Sr. Examiner for the ITIL v2, v3, Kanban, DevOps and Cyber-Resilience certification examinations. He was also a contributor to ITILv4. He has published numerous blogs, podcasts, videos, booklets, webinars, white papers, and other articles on various subjects such as ITSM, ITIL, HelpDesk, DevOps, Project Management, etc. Anthony has a unique passion for helping organizations and people in delivering value.
